1.         Do I need to register an online account before I can place an order?

Yes, although you can browse all of the Parts Catalogues without being registered.

 

2.         How do I place an order?

If you already know the part number(s) that you require then you can use the ‘Quick Order’ link which is on the homepage.

If you need to look at the diagrams to decide which part is required then you can click on the relevant product category within the Carousel or the Spare Parts tab. These can both be found on the homepage.

 

3.         What are my options if the part I require is not available?

You can still place the order and it will be placed into ‘Back Order’ until the part(s) become available.

If you are ordering a number of items, some of which are available and some that aren’t, we will despatch the items that are available straight away and despatch the other items when they become available.

Alternatively you can add the parts to your basket and then ‘Save’ the Basket so it is ready for you to come back to at a later date when we may have the part in stock. The ‘Save Basket’ button is located on the Basket page.

 

4.         How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please call the ALTRAD Belle Parts Centre immediately on 01298 84606. Providing you notify us BEFORE the goods have been dispatched we will be able to cancel your order and process a full refund.

If the goods purchased have already been despatched and are then cancelled, then unfortunately the refund cannot be applied until the goods have been returned to us. In these circumstances the cost of post and packaging will still be deducted from the total price paid by the customer to cover return costs.

 

5.         How do I change my Order?

If you have made an error or changed your mind about an item, please call the ALTRAD Belle Parts Centre immediately on 01298 84606. Providing you notify us in good time we should be able to amend your order accordingly.

 

6.         Can I place an order for a New Machine online?

No, this function is not available at present.
However, if you require information on any of our products you can find this by clicking on the Product Info tab on the homepage.
