1.         What delivery options are on offer?

As standard we offer a 2-3 day delivery. Next Day deliveries are also available on orders placed BEFORE 3PM
Please note -
Spare Parts for BarOmix machines are not available on a Next Day service.

 

2.         Delivery Methods?

FedEx courier service for the UK
DHL courier service for the Export

 

3.         How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

You can check your order status by visiting the Current Orders area of the website. This is part of the My Account section.

 

4.         Can I track my item?

Unfortunately this isn’t possible at present.

 

5.         My order is due to be delivered today – what time will is arrive?

Unfortunately we are unable to give specific delivery times, although you should expect to receive your order between 8am - 6.30pm.

 

6.         Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, all Fedex deliveries will need to be signed for on arrival.

 

7.         Damaged Items

In the event that your goods arrive damaged, please call the ALTRAD Belle Parts Centre immediately on 01298 84606

 

8.         Can you deliver to an address other than my billing address?

For Belle Account holders this is not possible but if you have a Credit Card account then you can simply change the shipping address when creating your order.
