1.         What can I do if I have forgotten my password?

Don't worry we can soon email the details to you.

Simply click on the My Account tab on the homepage and choose the Forgotten Your Password option. Enter the email address that you used to open the account with.

Please note - if the email address you enter is not correct, the system will not be able to email your password.

If for any reason you are unable to retrieve your password please call the ALTRAD Belle Parts Centre immediately on 01298 84606.

 

2.         How do I change my Password?

You need to be logged-in to your account before you can change your password.

Under the 'My Account' section select the option ‘My Security Details’. You need to enter your current password and confirm your new password. You must click on the submit button in order to save your new password.

Please note - the next time you log-in you will only be able to do so with your new password.

 

3.         I am unable to log into my account, what can I do?

If for any reason you are unable to log into your account please call the ALTRAD Belle Parts Centre immediately on 01298 84606. Office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.
