PRODUCTION OPERATIVES
The successful candidate will play a vital
role in the assembly and production processes, ensuring high-quality output and
efficient workflow. This position offers an excellent opportunity for
individuals with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to manufacturing
tasks. The role involves working within a dynamic environment where safety, precision,
and teamwork are paramount.
We have positions in many areas of the
business such as CNC Machining, Powder Paint, Fabrication, Assembly and Logistics.
Successful candidates will be offered a PERMANENT contract on either a
full time or part time basis, working an annualised hours system consisting of
a variety of nominal hours up to 2197 hours per year with various shift
patterns available to suit family and lifestyle commitments.
Responsibilities

Operate various mechanical and
hand tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently.

Use power tools safely to
complete assembly tasks in line with production specifications.
·
Assist the setup and breakdown
of production lines and equipment as required.
·
Conduct quality checks on
finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
·
Maintain a clean and organised
workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
·
Support warehouse activities such
as loading, unloading, and inventory management when needed.
·
Follow detailed work
instructions and standard operating procedures to meet production targets.
Requirements
·
Previous warehouse or
manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential; training will be
provided.
·
Mechanical knowledge or experience
working with hand tools and power tools advantageous.
·
Ability to perform manual tasks
including lifting, assembling, and operating equipment safely.
·
Strong organisational skills
with an eye for detail to ensure quality standards are met.
·
Good communication skills and
ability to work effectively within a team environment.
·
Flexibility to adapt to
changing priorities within the production schedule
